Guess what?! It's raining buckets again. A good day to catch up on what we've been doing. In a nutshell, we've had visitors and keeping busy touring around the countryside. First, Jim and Linda were here from Powell River for a week. This was their first time in this area so a trip to Tortilla Flat was in order to enjoy the gorgeous scenery. As you'll see, one of the washes was overflowing the road as a result of the very unusual amount of this winter's rain.

Ted DeGrazia is a famous Arizona artist who is known for the work he did among the Native Indians in the Tucson part of the State. A lot of his art is based on the religious beliefs of the Natives vis-a-vis Christianity and their ancient beliefs. The Gallery is located on the grounds of DeGrazia's home and is well worth the visit. Did I mention, it also gave us shelter from the rain!
