Otis and Rascal joined our family on St. Patrick's Day. We adopted the two Shih Tsu brothers from an animal shelter in Bellingham, Washington. Their owner could no longer take care of them. It was stipulated that they couldn't be separated and the rest is history. They are going to need some work, but seem to be settling in pretty well.
